Jobs Description

  • Reporting to Head of Human Resources, lead a team to manage the compensation and benefits programmes of the whole organization
  • Provide HR data analysis for development of human resources strategies
  • Review workflow and process for continuous improvement
  • Participate in HRIS and oversee the payroll and benefits module
  • Lead all C&B projects
  • Review and develop HR policies and guidelines
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 8 ‘years of experience in managing compensation and benefits, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different level of staff
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
